Before we move ahead on return/exchanges, we would like to take you through our product journey. Please note all our products are handcrafted and curated by traditional artisans in India, resulting in each product being unique yet slightly different in their own form. All our products are made on order and handmade exclusively for you by our artisans who have been practicing jewelry making for years.  We ensure all our products go through quality control before shipping.

It is crucial to understand that all earrings, especially screw post earrings, are subject to friction as and when we perform quality checks before shipment. In this activity, it is observed that the screw loses some amount of plating. However, kindly note that this is an important step as we want it to be easy for the consumer to wear as and when they receive the order.

Below is the return and exchanges policy for your reference:

➢ Goods once sold can’t be exchanged/replaced as its made on order and handcrafted for you.

➢ For any issues with your order we request you write to us over email at kantikabykgt@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product.

➢ You may also contact us over call or WhatsApp at +91 9810005270 from Monday to Saturday between 9:00am to 8:00pm.

➢ Kindly note all custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. 

➢ If at all you receive a damage product, we would request you to immediately contact us over a call or WhatsApp at +91 9810005270 from Monday to Saturday between 9:00am to 8:00pm. Additionally please do write to us at kantikabykgt@gmail.com in such cases.
